The family suite was spacious and included a washer/dryer, which was very useful. However, the pillows were quite small, and we had difficulty getting the washer/dryer to dry our laundry efficiently. Great for families looking for convenience in a clean environment.

Positive, The room was super spacious and had a washer/dryer combo, which was super handy. It even had a kitchen and a big shower. The location was close to Ueno Station, and having codes instead of keys made it easy to share access.

There were great relaxation opportunities with the on-site hot tub and comfortable lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
